Sr. Foreman / Crew Lead – Westyn Smith is one of Milestone’s Senior employees.  Westyn brings to Milestone his need to be organized and his attention to detail along with a hardworking attitude every single day.  Westyn’s motivation and ability to run a project and crew safely and independently are just a few of his many positive qualities that make him such a strong asset to Milestone.  Westyn has over 7 years of experience in structural steel erecting.  Westyn enjoys golfing and spending his free time with his wife, friends and family.  Westyn is one of Milestones’ valuable crew leaders.  Westyn has been with Milestone since June 2021.
