Foreman / Crew lead – Franco came to Milestone in September 2022.  Franco has over 13 year experience in ironworking.  Franco recently moved his family to Phoenix in order to be closer to his work. Franco has strong leadership skills which make him a natural in running his own crew.   Franco is a hard worker and looks for ways to safely improve productivity.  Franco enjoys BBQ’ing and spending time with friends and family who he always puts first.   Franco has proven to be a strong team member and looks forward to a long career here at Milestone.
