Foreman / Crew lead – Alfredo is a strong, dependable team leader.   Alfredo is always open to learning as much as he can about the industry and uses what he learns to better his skill.  Alfredo has been with Milestone for a year and has quickly proven to be a great leader.   Alfredo is the employee you must remind to take a day off.   Alfredo keeps his eye on safety while keeping productivity running smoothly.  Currently Alfredo is running most of Milestones government projects. Alfredo is happiest spending his time with his wife and four children.  While Alfredo is interested in sports it’s his children that keep him running.
