Cody Gray is new to Milestone Industrial Welding Services, bringing over nine (9) years of experience with him. He is a native Arizonian but has worked across the Western United States. He is a focused individual and able to troubleshoot quickly to find fast and safe solutions for his crew members. Cody runs a tight ship but leads by example. Working side by side with his team to get the job done efficiently and on time, providing support and motivation along the way. He spends his free time with his family – fishing with his son and using his smoker any chance he gets.
