Foreman / Crew Lead – Hergsong aka “Ivan” has been with Milestone since August 2022.  Ivan has over 45 years of ironwork experience.  Ivan is a strong team player and always striving to make everyday count.  Ivan always gets the job done while keeping a positive attitude.   Ivan has great problem-solving skills which is crucial to this trade.  Working under pressure never seems to prevent him from remaining calm and focused.   Ivan enjoys outdoor activities.
